Ticketing Terms & Conditions

• All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once purchased, except where the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• Early Bird tickets are available in limited quantities until 14 September, unless sold out earlier. Once sold out, no additional Early Bird tickets will be released.

• Children under 12 years of age may enter the event free of charge.

• Each ticket holder will receive one complimentary event tote bag upon entry.

• VIP ticket holders will receive event admission and a complimentary item of exclusive, limited-edition merchandise upon entry.
