Stallholder Guidelines

Originality First

We welcome all forms of artwork, design, handmade products, and creative practices, provided they are original creations or original designs.

Curated Selection

Ugly Cutie is a curated event. We reserve the right to make the final selection of exhibitors and the final interpretation of all event guidelines.

Creative Booth Design

We encourage exhibitors to think beyond a standard market stall.

If you have a unique booth concept or are able to provide a simple booth sketch or visual proposal with your application, your submission may receive priority consideration.

Theme Bonus

Works that strongly reflect or creatively interpret our Merry Ugly theme may receive priority during the selection process.

Terms & Conditions

• Should the event be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, all stall fees will be fully refunded.

• Stallholders are responsible for supervising their own booths, products, and personal belongings throughout the event. (This does not apply to cloud/remote stallholders participating through our exhibition service.)

• Stall fees are non-refundable for cancellations made within 30 days prior to the event.

Ugly Cutie is committed to supporting genuine creativity and celebrating independent artists.

Applications featuring primarily AI-generated artwork, copyright-infringing products, unlicensed fan art, or derivative works will not be considered.
