Terms of service

1. Who we are

StallsApp (stallsapp.com) is operated by [BUSINESS NAME] (ABN [ABN]) in Victoria, Australia. These terms govern your use of StallsApp, whether as a market organiser, a stallholder, or a ticket buyer.

2. What StallsApp is

StallsApp is software that helps market organisers run their markets: stallholder applications, stall bookings, payments, entry tickets and market-day tools.

StallsApp is not a party to the arrangements between organisers and stallholders or ticket buyers. When you book a stall or buy a ticket, your agreement is with the market organiser — they are the merchant of record, and their market's terms apply alongside these.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login access secure. Login links emailed to you are single-use and personal — don't forward them. You're responsible for activity under your account.

4. Fees

Organisers pay the subscription and booking fees described on our pricing page. Fees are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Card payments are processed by Stripe, whose processing fees are charged separately by Stripe to the organiser (or to the payer where a market passes fees through, shown at checkout).

We may change fees with at least 30 days' notice. Changes don't apply retroactively.

5. Payments, cancellations and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe on the organiser's own Stripe account. Refunds for stall bookings and tickets are determined by the organiser and their market's policies; StallsApp provides the tools to issue them. Where a market day is cancelled by the organiser through StallsApp, paid bookings are refunded in full through Stripe.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no infringing or misleading listings, no attempts to break, overload or probe the platform, and no use of the service to send spam.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.

7. Your content

Organisers and stallholders keep ownership of the content they upload (market descriptions, photos, documents). You grant us a licence to host and display that content as needed to provide the service — for example, showing a market's public page or an applicant's photos to the organiser reviewing them.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep StallsApp available and fast, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or improve features over time; where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we'll give reasonable notice.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts of organisers, stallholders or buyers using the platform.

Australian Consumer Law guarantees that cannot be excluded are not excluded by these terms.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using StallsApp and cancel any subscription at any time; paid periods already started aren't refunded pro-rata unless required by law. On request we'll delete your account data as described in our privacy policy.
