What we collect

Account details: your name and email address.

Stallholder profiles: business name, contact details, ABN, category, links, product photos, and compliance documents you upload (such as public liability insurance and food registration certificates), plus the content of your applications.

Booking and order records: which stalls and tickets were booked, prices, and payment status. Card details never touch our systems — payments are processed by Stripe.

Basic technical logs (IP addresses, timestamps) needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To run the service: showing organisers the applications and bookings for their market, sending the emails the service depends on (login links, confirmations, payment reminders, market-day reminders), and processing payments through Stripe.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use your data for third-party advertising.

Who sees your information

When you apply to a market, the organiser (and their team) sees your application, profile and documents — that's the point of applying. Ticket buyers' names and emails are visible to the organiser of the event they bought tickets for.

Service providers that process data for us: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and file storage), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email). [CONFIRM: data is stored in AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2) via Supabase.]

Retention and deletion

We keep data while your account or the market records that reference it remain active. Organisers may need booking records for their own tax and compliance obligations.

You can ask us to delete your account and personal information at hello@stallsapp.com; we'll action it within 30 days, except records we're legally required to keep.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only — session cookies that keep you logged in. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights and contact

You can ask for access to or correction of your personal information at any time. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. Complaints and questions: hello@stallsapp.com — if you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
