Can't log in?

Most of the time it's one of a handful of things. Work down this page — the fixes are in the order they usually turn out to be the answer.

The ways to log in

Every account can use the emailed code. The others only work if they've been set up on your account — so if one of them isn't working, the code almost always will.

  • A 6-digit code we email you

How stallholders log in. No password: type your email, we send a code to it, you type the code. The email also has a one-tap button that logs you in on the device you read it on. Each code lasts 10 minutes; the link in the email lasts 24 hours and works once.

    Email me a code
  • Google

Works when that account's email address is the same one your StallsApp account is on. A different address signs you in to a different, empty account — see below.

    Go to login
  • A password

Only if you set one up — organisers usually have, stallholders usually haven't. If you've forgotten it, reset it; if you never had one, the reset email won't come, and the code above is your way in.

  • A passkey

Touch ID, Face ID or a security key — only on a device you've set one up on, from Settings → Security. On any other device, use the code.

    Use a passkey

Not sure which email you used?

Enter an address and we'll email it what we hold for it: your stall, the markets you're with, the ways you can log in, and a link that logs you straight in. Try each address you might have used — only the right one gets an email.

The email isn't arriving

  1. Wait two minutes, then check spam, junk and Promotions. Our emails come from stallsapp.com — searching your inbox for “StallsApp” finds every one we've ever sent you.
  2. Check the address, letter by letter. We send to exactly what you typed; the email has to go to the address your stall is registered under, which is the one your application and booking emails arrive at.
  3. Try the other addresses you use. A work address, an old one, the one on your Google account. Or ask us which it is.
  4. Use the newest code. Asking twice sends two emails and only the latest code works. A code older than 10 minutes has expired — ask for a fresh one.
  5. A link that says “invalid” has already been used or is older than 24 hours. Go back to the login page and ask for a new code.

It says “Set up your organisation”

You logged in fine — but with an address that isn't the one your stall is under, so StallsApp has no stall to show you and offers to start you as a market organiser instead. Usually it's a Google or Facebook login whose email differs from the one you applied with.

Don't create an organisation. Log out, go back to the login page, and log in with a code sent to the address your market emails arrive at. If you've already created one by accident, log out and do the same — the empty organisation does no harm.

Google isn't working

  • It signed you in, but there's no stall. The account's email isn't the one your stall is under — see the section above.
  • “Already has a password login.” Your address has a password account whose email was never verified, so we won't attach a Google or Facebook login to it yet. Log in once with the password or with an emailed code — that verifies it — and the buttons work from then on.
  • The pop-up closed or never opened. A pop-up blocker or a private window usually. The emailed code needs neither.

Still stuck?

Your market organiser can see which email your stall is registered under — they're the quickest fix for a wrong or out-of-date address. Their contact details are on the market's page, the one you applied through.

If it's StallsApp itself — a page that won't load, a code that never comes to an address you know is right — tell us below.

Message StallsApp support

This goes to the StallsApp team, not to your market organiser. For a question about your stall, dates or an application, reach the organiser instead.

One you can read right now — it needn't be the stuck one.

Which address you're trying, what you clicked, what you saw. Which market you trade at helps too.
